The Maitland Monster hasn’t been seen for some time!

We take a step back in time before there was a subdivision, to the switch backs. Many folks reported seeing a big, hairy beast that would hunt around the switchbacks. The “Maitland Monster” was known to hunt at night, and many cars navigating the switch backs were witness to his size!

Some seniors high school students went looking for the monster, hoping to rid the locals of the beast. They hunted, waiting in the dark for their one chance to bring the monster to an end, but never got their chance.
